Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy .NET-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with engineering teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
• Monitor team performance and manage multiple priorities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Solid understanding of software design and architecture principles.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or .NET certifications.
