Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a .NET Developer III – Agentic AI on behalf of our client in Holmdel, NJ. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced .NET professional with a strong background in building scalable enterprise applications and hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in C#/.NET, AWS, microservices, modern front-end frameworks, and AI-driven solutions, with experience working with technologies such as AWS Bedrock Agents, Strands Agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET.

Build and enhance modern user interfaces using Angular or React and JavaScript.

Design and integrate microservices, SOA-based solutions, and RESTful APIs.

Develop and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Work with AWS Bedrock Agents, Strands Agents, and MCP to support AI-driven solutions.

Design and optimize applications leveraging AWS services.

Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for application data management.

Perform application debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

Contribute to the design of scalable end-to-end systems and next-generation user experiences.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET.

Experience with Angular and/or React, JavaScript, LINQ, and Entity Framework.

Strong experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

Hands-on knowledge of microservices, SOA, and RESTful API development.

Experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI technologies.

Practical exposure to AWS Bedrock Agents, Strands Agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Strong experience working with AWS services.

Basic working knowledge of Python.

Strong skills in debugging, application optimization, unit testing, and integration testing.

Experience designing scalable, end-to-end enterprise systems.

Ability to work onsite in Holmdel, NJ, 2–3 days per week and participate in an in-person interview.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing applications within the financial services domain.

Previous experience with ExtJS.

Experience developing modern, next-generation user interfaces.

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
