Description

Manage the full software development life cycle for assigned projects in an onsite capacity in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, and technical specification writing.
• Develop application code using C#, .NET Framework, and MVC frameworks while implementing unit testing strategies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical staff, and end users to prototype, test, and debug programs.
• Align application architecture with business processes, agency standards, and federal or state policies.
• Work independently to solve complex programming issues and meet established project milestones.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience with ASP.NET.
• 5 years of experience with C# and MVC.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 5 years of experience analyzing and addressing security issues in multi-language applications.
• Current experience working with Web Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience.
• Expert understanding of the SDLC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare EDI experience.
• Experience within the health industry.
