Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise projects using .NET Core and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Refactor SOA modules and WCF Windows services into gRPC and WebAPI architectures.
• Migrate existing XBAP UI components to the Angular framework.
• Introduce Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices into the existing DevOps infrastructure.
• Provide architecture design for development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to report status and manage technical aspects of User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture with Microsoft technologies.
• Expert knowledge of .NET Core and .NET Standard.
• Expert working knowledge of Threading and converting multi-threaded services to .NET Core.
• Expert knowledge of WebAPI development and scalability options.
• Experience converting WCF Windows services to microservices using gRPC.
• Expert knowledge of Angular and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing container orchestration to manage and scale microservices.
• Detailed working knowledge of database design and SQL Server query tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or APIGEE.
• Knowledge of Dapr (Distributed Application Runtime).
• Experience with SQL Server Change Data Capture (CDC), Query Notifications, triggers, and SBQ.
