Design, develop, and implement complex systems and applications to support workforce development platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex computer systems and applications.
• Collaborate with support staff to improve application stability and performance.
• Lead less experienced application developers and provide technical support.
• Evaluate new development tools and agency systems to enhance capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including design, development, and testing.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, JSON, Git version control, and XUnit.
• 2+ years of experience with Entity Framework Code and Serilog.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SQL.
• Experience with Hangfire, Polly, NSwag, and JSON Serialization.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing Web Services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work within Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with SAP BO.
