Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of software applications using .NET 6+, C#, and WinForms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of applications using Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Threading TPL.
• Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and oversee automated unit testing strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team while driving coding best practices.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Lead code reviews to maintain high standards for quality, security, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a development lead or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in .NET 6+, C#, and WinForms.
• Strong proficiency with Threading TPL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing.
• Practical knowledge of containerization and multiple database systems.
• Strong grasp of architecture design patterns and the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within agile methodologies.
