Contribute to the performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues. Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in every layer of the solution stack
Adhere to established development practices and processes.
Ensure delivery of high-quality software by writing unit tests, integration tests and implementing test automation
Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks and trends and apply them to improve the development process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a software engineer/developer with a strong track record of delivering production-quality code
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices
Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and test automation frameworks
Experience conducting and participating in code reviews and collaborative programming practices (e.g., pair programming)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
Experience diagnosing and optimizing performance across application, database, and infrastructure layers
Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing technical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools quickly
