Description

You will design and maintain .NET applications and APIs for healthcare interoperability, focusing on FHIR R4/R5 resource implementation and EHR integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with EHRs and external healthcare systems using .NET 6+ and C#.
• Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for clinical and administrative data exchange, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security standards.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and collaborate with business analysts and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6+.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR implementations (R4 preferred) and solid understanding of FHIR resources.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, JSON, XML, and healthcare data transformations.
• Experience with RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of US Healthcare workflows, including Provider, Payer, Claims, and Clinical data.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SMART on FHIR.
• Knowledge of EHR/Epic/Cerner integrations.
