Description

Lead a small development team while owning the full lifecycle of .NET applications from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement responsive front-end features using Angular.
• Manage database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize performance in SQL Server.
• Mentor 3-4 developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and daily collaboration.
• Ensure code quality, security, and timely delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a small team.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
