Description

You will lead development efforts and manage the migration of legacy systems to modern .NET architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers by defining coding standards and conducting technical code reviews.
• Migrate legacy systems from VB6 and VB to .NET Core and C# environments.
• Design and develop database structures, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and table designs.
• Perform database maintenance for production and development environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of SOWs and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and VB6.
• Strong SQL Server expertise including T-SQL, query performance tuning, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Pro*C, and OCI.
• Frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and DHTML.
• Experience with Telerik, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, JIRA, and TFS.
• Competency in Object Oriented Development (OOD), Microservices, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with XML, XPATH, XSL, and XSLT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TCP/IP socket programming and multi-threading.
• Knowledge of Windows Forms and WCF.
