Description

You will develop and maintain applications within an AWS environment, managing data and deploying services using core cloud components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement software using design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing.
• Manage data within relational databases including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage services using AWS components like EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, and Containers.
• Work within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Extreme Programming (XP).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services including SNS and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and unit testing.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux and open source software.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
