You will build backend services and user interfaces using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems leveraging Azure.
• Implement frontend features using React.
• Integrate and utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Open AI.
• Provide support and resolve production incidents in live environments (On Call Duty/DRI).
• Lead and manage offshore development teams under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Azure.
• Proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, AI Foundry, Open AI).
• Proven experience leading offshore development teams.
• Experience managing high-pressure timelines and deadlines.
• Direct experience with production site support and incident response.
