Description

Build and maintain backend services and user interfaces while leading offshore teams and supporting production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems leveraging Azure.
• Implement frontend features using React.
• Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI into development workflows.
• Resolve production incidents and provide on-call support in live environments.
• Lead offshore development teams to meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Azure.
• Proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including GitHub Copilot, AI Foundry, and OpenAI.
• Proven experience leading offshore development teams.
• Direct experience with production site support and incident response.
• Ability to manage high-pressure timelines and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET ecosystem beyond the stated Azure requirements.
• Background in managing cross-functional remote teams.
