Responsibilities

• Lead application enhancements and rewrites across 24 applications.
• Modernize .NET (MVC to .NET Core), React, and Python applications.
• Drive microservices architecture adoption and implementation.
• Leverage AI coding tools like Claude to improve development productivity.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate with onsite stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core.
• Proficiency in React and Python.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with legacy modernization and end-to-end transformation programs.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Strong communication skills for onsite client collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMAT or similar large-scale enterprise environments.
