Description

You will build, deploy, and test software applications and modules to support technical initiatives including BioID, Criminal History System, and ABIS.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into technical design and programming specifications conforming to system architecture.
• Implement enterprise solutions following established patterns in application development and data security.
• Build, deploy, and test software modules using automated test and deployment technologies.
• Identify technical solutions and alternatives to meet business objectives and client requirements.
• Execute unit and integration testing procedures and review test plans with QA staff.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C#.
• 5 years of experience developing in XQuery.
• 3 years of experience developing with Java.
• Experience with .Net Developer workflows and systems such as ABIS and LiveScan.
• Experience with BioID systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Saint Paul, MN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Entity Framework, T-SQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with MarkLogic, XML schemas, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Gradle, and GitLab.
