Description

You will lead technical direction for digital properties, bridging marketing and IT while managing on-shore and off-shore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and maintain online properties and digital development solutions.
• Implement Kentico CMS platforms aligned with enterprise requirements and IT strategies.
• Lead weekly agile sprint cycles and guide technical direction.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security, cloud best practices, and SEO compliance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop enterprise-wide solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in website/web application design, development, and DevOps.
• 3+ years of .Net development experience.
• 3+ years of experience using CMS platforms, preferably Kentico.
• Experience with REST-based APIs and platform integrations.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience with email marketing, SEO, and Google/Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 level A conformance guidelines.
• Ability to communicate business needs to developers outside your core technology skillset.
