Description

Lead the development of enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions within an n-tier architecture. Own the release pipeline, cloud migration efforts, and technical standards for code reuse.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, business-critical software solutions using standard engineering processes.
• Lead cloud migration efforts for existing codebases.
• Establish programming standards, architectures for code reuse, and development procedures.
• Manage build/release automation, branching/merging strategies, and continuous integration capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for production deployments and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
• 7+ years of experience with .NET 4.5 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience using Visual Studio 2015 or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud development.
• Extensive experience in database design and development using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL tuning and object-oriented development techniques.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps, including custom task creation and build definitions.
• Proven experience acting as a technical lead or project leader on multiple IT projects.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and participating in Technical Change Control Board activities.

• Experience working within government environments.
