Description

Lead a development team in designing, building, and deploying .NET-based applications while managing the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable .NET applications.
• Lead and manage a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews to ensure coding standards and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues while guiding the team in Agile and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure or AWS.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
