Deliver technical training and mentorship focused on the .NET ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions covering C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Mentor trainees through practical coding projects and real-world applications.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to improve training content and incorporate industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET Development.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET.
• Proficiency in MVC.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse learners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment following US shift timings.
• Any Graduate degree.
