Description

You will own production support and incident resolution for enterprise .NET and Angular applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Debug .NET and Angular applications to identify root causes.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Monitor system health using Splunk and Dynatrace to drive proactive issue resolution.
• Manage job scheduling and reporting via ActiveBatch or SSRS.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve incidents across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support for .NET and Angular.
• Advanced debugging skills for .NET and Angular frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and complex SQL query writing.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and RCA.
• Familiarity with ActiveBatch, SSRS, or similar job scheduling and reporting tools.
• Understanding of healthcare environments and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to document incidents and communicate technical details clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in cross-functional teams managing incident resolution.
• Background in healthcare IT systems.
