Description

You will provide production support for enterprise-scale .NET and Angular applications.

Responsibilities

  • Debug complex issues within .NET and Angular frameworks.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.
  • Manage incident resolution by working across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Maintain documentation for production processes and incident resolutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or production support.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and Angular.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including PL/SQL and complex query writing.
  • Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and RCA.
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS or job scheduling tools like ActiveBatch.
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage technical incidents and communicate across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise-level production support environments.
