You will provide production support for enterprise-scale .NET and Angular applications.
Responsibilities
- Debug complex issues within .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.
- Manage incident resolution by working across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Perform root cause analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Maintain documentation for production processes and incident resolutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software development or production support.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and Angular.
- Advanced SQL skills, including PL/SQL and complex query writing.
- Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and RCA.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS or job scheduling tools like ActiveBatch.
- Familiarity with healthcare environments and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage technical incidents and communicate across teams.
