You will design, code, and test new software applications while maintaining and enhancing existing systems.

You will own the release pipeline and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test new software applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems.
• Create technical specifications, test plans, and operational documentation.
• Implement new software and create data-driven reports.
• Develop and maintain automated testing procedures for code validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing C# and .NET.
• 5+ years of experience creating and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with C# or VB.NET.
• Familiarity with IVR technology.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies including SCRUM and Kanban.
