Description

You will architect and develop .NET-based solutions for an enterprise healthcare environment, leading platform modernization and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in story definition, evaluation, and requirements gathering from product owners.
• Estimate delivery effort and prioritize high-value deliverables as a scrum team leader.
• Influence product architecture through collaboration with Technical Product Owners.
• Lead platform modernization from legacy systems to scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Deliver rapid, reliable, and repeatable quality platform solutions to the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing .NET-based solutions in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and single-page applications.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically with Risk Adjustment and Quality Management.
• Ability to influence both development and architecture activities.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cloud development, microservices, and Test Driven Development.
• Data transformation experience and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub.
