Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong banking technology experience to support the development, enhancement, and integration of teller platform applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with banking teller systems, with ARGO experience strongly preferred. This role will partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support branch banking and teller operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support .NET applications used within banking teller environments.
• Work on enhancements, integrations, and production support for teller platform systems, preferably ARGO.
• Partner with business and branch operations teams to understand teller workflows, transaction processing, and user needs.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, batch processes, and integrations between teller systems and core banking platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues related to teller transactions, account servicing, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and customer workflows.
• Support system modernization, upgrades, data mapping, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure solutions meet banking security, compliance, audit, and operational standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, documentation, and production release support.
• Provide ongoing application support during business hours and as needed for critical banking operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET development experience.
• Experience working with banking, financial services, or branch technology applications.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience supporting teller systems, branch banking platforms, or core banking integrations.
• Strong understanding of banking transactions, teller workflows, account servicing, and branch operations.
• Experience with application troubleshooting, production support, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ability to work with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARGO teller systems or ARGO banking platform applications.
• Experience integrating teller systems with core banking platforms, payment systems, fraud systems, or customer information systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience in bank mergers, system conversions, platform upgrades, or branch technology modernization.
• Familiarity with banking compliance, audit controls, data security, and risk management practices
