Description

Lead a team of 3-4 analysts in the Accela application development lifecycle, owning feature development, maintenance, and technical design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 analysts through the software development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Troubleshoot reported problems by analyzing customer business processes.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure software delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet demanding deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• C# and JavaScript development.
• Accela Civic Platform and Citizen Access administration and configuration.
• Accela EMSE scripting and Accela Construct API/web services.
• Accela Civic Platform integration with third-party applications.
• Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Git or other distributed source control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small teams in an Agile environment.
• Background in civic technology or government software.
