Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 software engineers.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and SDLC compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee application performance, reporting, and staff development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT applications development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS.
• Practical knowledge of Telerik UI components.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to resolve complex technical challenges independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams of 8–10 developers.
• Background in enterprise application architecture.
