Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 software engineers.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and SDLC compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee team performance, reporting, and staff development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT applications development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and AngularJS.
• Experience with Telerik UI components.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience resolving complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with enterprise architects.
