- Lead and mentor application development teams.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and SDLC compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers.
- Resolve complex technical issues and guide teams.
- Oversee performance, reporting, and staff development.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT Applications Development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET development.
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS.
- Experience with Telerik UI components.
- Deep understanding of SDLC processes.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams (8–10 members).
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues.
