Description

You will develop and implement RCS capabilities within UCC, focusing on messaging integration and template management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement RCS capabilities within UCC using session-based messaging and various template types.
• Integrate Zure Pinpoint with RCS providers through MAAP.
• Manage messaging workflows involving GSMs, RCS, and RBM templates.
• Maintain and deploy applications using .NET and DevOps practices on AWS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Zure Pinpoint and Rich Communication Services (RCS).
• Understanding of session-based messaging architectures.
• Knowledge of MAAP integration for RCS providers.
• Familiarity with GSMs, RCS, and RBM templates.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
