Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise web services and APIs within a .NET environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Data/API features to identify and implement performance optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, database administrators, and product managers to integrate components.
• Participate in architectural decision-making and follow SDLC protocols to deliver software.
• Perform peer code reviews and maintain documentation including design specifications and test cases.
• Address technical incidents and problems in a timely manner according to SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of API development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of .NET and Web UI/JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong database development skills using SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SOA, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• Practical experience designing and implementing security protocols and patterns.
• Proficiency with application development tools such as GIT, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Test Driven Design, converting requirements into unit and functional test cases.
• Knowledge of integration architecture patterns, standards, and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agricultural Technology (AgTech), geoprocessing, and GIS frameworks.
