Description

Develop risk management solutions using .NET 8 and support model validation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Model Validation Group servers and GIT repositories.
• Design and maintain systems for data manipulation and visualization to support model backtesting.
• Implement data storage and retrieval methods for high-volume financial datasets.
• Execute model change impact tests, model stress tests, and production analysis recreations.
• Apply object-oriented design patterns and create documentation for new code and test cases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of production-level programming experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET 8.
• Strong SQL skills for high-performance retrieval of large-scale datasets from SQL Server.
• Experience with ASP.NET CORE for both server-side and front-end client-side development.
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript.
• Background in numerical algorithms, statistical techniques, or data manipulation.
• Experience working with large financial datasets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clean code software development.
• Strong technical and scientific writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related sciences.
• Experience with R, Java, or SpringSource.
