Lead the rewrite of security applications using .NET Core and C# while developing complex n-tier web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rewrite of security applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Develop and maintain complex n-tier web-based applications.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Integrate applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and secure web services.
• Ensure web interfaces follow responsive design and WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C# and Microsoft Visual Studio for n-tier web applications.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle 11g or higher, including PL/SQL, cursors, and query optimization.
• 8+ years of experience with HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 8+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), WCF, and SOAP/RESTful APIs.
• 8+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Core MVC.
• 3+ years of experience coding and maintaining applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• 2+ years of experience with responsive web design (RWD) and WCAG 2.0 compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with behavioral health authentication solutions.
