Description

You will own production support for enterprise applications built on .NET and Angular. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug issues across .NET, Angular, and PL/SQL codebases.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for application support.
• Manage incident resolution across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk and DynaTrace for root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support for enterprise applications.
• Expertise in .NET and Angular development environments.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and writing complex SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and DynaTrace for monitoring.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS or ActiveBatch.
• Experience working within Healthcare environments adhering to HIPAA compliance.
• Proven ability to communicate technical issues clearly in documentation and incident reports.
