Description

Lead development teams through complex software projects using modern .NET frameworks and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development team to ensure software quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement software applications using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Drive technical excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing.
• Oversee project lifecycles from architectural design to implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in a Development Lead or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in .NET 6+, C#, and WinForms.
• Deep understanding of Threading and Task Parallel Library (TPL).
• Proven experience with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing.
• Strong knowledge of architecture design and patterns.
• Experience with containerization.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
