Description

You will design, develop, and maintain microservices and web applications using .NET and Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write microservices using ASP.NET Core Web API and REST services.
• Design and implement tools to support business operations.
• Support frontend engineers using Angular and browser technologies.
• Create unit tests with NUnit, XUnit, or Moq.
• Debug defects and provide post-release troubleshooting and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software or applications engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with .NET 6+.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful services.
• Proficiency with Azure services: Managed SQL, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Redis, and Blob Storage.
• Strong experience with SQL Server 2018+ and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of JSON, XML, and HTTP(S) protocols.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
