Description

Architect enterprise-scale healthcare applications using .NET technologies and cloud-native patterns, defining end-to-end solution design across application, integration, security, and data layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions for healthcare data exchange.
• Drive healthcare interoperability initiatives using HL7 FHIR (R4/R5) standards and EHR integrations.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution design discussions.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert-level C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong proficiency with .NET 6, 7, or 8.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in healthcare domain solutions.
• Experience defining end-to-end solution architecture.
