Description

Lead the design, development, and architectural direction of scalable web applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development across frontend and backend systems to ensure scalable architecture.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of modern practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
• Contribute to hands-on coding, technical design discussions, and complex troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vuejs.
• Expertise in backend technologies including Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of web development security best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or ARM.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability practices.
