Description

Lead full-stack development and SAFe RTE activities for an Agile Release Train.

Responsibilities

• Drive PI planning, backlog refinement, and SAFe events including ART syncs, demos, and workshops.
• Develop full-stack features using .NET Core, WebServices, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Manage ART dependencies, coordinate stakeholder communication, and resolve cross-team impediments.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain design documentation, and improve value stream flow via DevOps.
• Analyze quality and delivery metrics to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and WebServices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and PL/SQL.
• Proven track record as a SAFe RTE or in similar Agile coordination roles.
• Experience driving PI planning, backlog management, and release on-demand techniques.
• Ability to visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
