Description

Design and build full stack web applications and data pipelines for ingesting, managing, and analyzing large-scale imaging and electrophysiology datasets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack web applications for data ingestion, management, visualization, and labeling.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs to support complex data workflows.
• Design and implement data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large datasets.
• Integrate data from multiple external systems and support longitudinal data tracking.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and maintainability while collaborating with data scientists.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET Framework).
• Strong experience with Angular, including TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Strong data modeling skills with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and compute (Azure preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large imaging and time series datasets.
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or regulated data environments.
• DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
