Responsibilities:

• Technology Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
• Project Management: Manage technology development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, working with team members and vendors as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that technology solutions are tested and reviewed for quality and performance, and that necessary changes are made to meet standards.
• Technology Planning: Plan and implement new technologies to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology development, with a focus on development and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in at least one technology platform or programming language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
