Description

Lead the design and development of scalable frontend and backend systems while mentoring developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development across frontend and backend to ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with managers and designers.
• Drive adoption of modern practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
• Contribute to hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development within agile environments.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in backend technologies: .NET Core, Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of web development security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or ARM.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability practices.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
