Description

You will own the automation strategy, testing integrity, and CI/CD integration for .NET-based services. Your focus is on shifting quality left and ensuring robust defect detection across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Review Android and Services test suites to identify coverage gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Tech Leads and DevOps to implement shift-left practices for early defect detection.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers using the 3 Amigos approach to refine acceptance criteria.
  • Optimize automation and manual regression suites to maintain health and comprehensiveness.
  • Manage Dev, Test, and UAT environments and escalate infrastructure issues to resolution.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET development and ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation.
  • Experience assisting with CI/CD pipeline setup and integration.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production defects.
  • Experience with branching strategies and in-sprint automation.
  • Any Graduate degree.
