Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and React, while integrating AI-assisted tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive frontends with React and robust backend services using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Apply AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate code generation, debugging, and documentation.
• Integrate AI workflows across SDLC phases, leveraging frameworks such as BMAD to optimize development efficiency.
• Collaborate with the internal AI team to refine, validate, and pressure-test enterprise AI development frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions and participate in Agile delivery cycles.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core for backend services and APIs.
• Expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript for modern frontend development.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI SDLC frameworks (e.g., BMAD) and prompt-driven development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise-scale framework development.
