Description

Lead engineering delivery and technical architecture for SaaS applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the engineering team on best practices, software design patterns, and technology choices.
• Drive project delivery from concept to production, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate AI and automation initiatives into business impact.
• Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications using .NET and modern cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
• Experience leading engineering teams and making high-stakes technical decisions.
• Ability to operate across abstractions, from business strategy to detailed technical implementation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for working with product management and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
• Understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
