5+ years building production backend systems in C# / .NET, with real exposure to ASP.NET Core services beyond a CRUD API. Working knowledge of message-driven architectures — queues, consumers, eventual consistency, idempotency. Comfort in a document store (MongoDB or similar) alongside a relational one — this platform runs both, on purpose. Enough React/TypeScript fluency to ship a UI change without waiting on a frontend specialist. A track record of debugging distributed systems: tracing a bug across a service boundary, not just inside one process. Event sourcing (EventFlow, Marten, Axon, or similar) or actor-model experience (Orleans, Akka). GraphQL API design, especially behind a BFF layer. Hands-on use of LLM tool-calling, MCP, or agentic coding tools — as a builder of AI features, not just a user of them. Exposure to freight, logistics, or marketplace/procurement platforms. Kubernetes and Helm in a multi-service production environment
