Description

You will lead a technical team to translate designs into functional program specifications and oversee the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and document technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews, walkthroughs, and testing to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and architectural alignment.
  • Manage task timelines and project documentation to ensure alignment with overall schedules.
  • Coordinate with TPMs and other Technical Leads to ensure module integration and design consistency.
  • Assess service requests for feasibility, effort, and risk, escalating potential impacts on delivery.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Hands-on expertise with Angular TypeScript or React.js.
  • Working knowledge of Azure.
  • Strong team management and managerial skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and technical presentations.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Any Graduate degree.
