Description

You will lead overseas engineering teams while maintaining an active role in development and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overseas engineering teams, providing technical direction and guidance for all development projects.
• Spend approximately 50% of your time in active development, owning deliverables and building proofs of concept.
• Design and implement technical specifications using OOAD, SOLID principles, and industry-standard design patterns.
• Oversee technical project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and cross-functional departments to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and EF Core.
• Extensive experience with Angular (13+) and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL Server and SQL skills.
• Experience designing and implementing custom web applications and user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and configuration management.
• Ability to analyze complex user stories and business requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure development.
• Experience with regulatory reporting or capital market applications.
