Design, build, and maintain large-scale business applications from concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable systems using object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Optimize relational database designs and SQL query construction for performance.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in peer code reviews and pull requests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with the team to apply technology pragmatically to deliver business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale business applications.
• Proficiency in MVC .NET and .NET Core (version 3.1 or above).
• Experience with React.JS, GraphQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework or EF Core.
• Strong proficiency in relational database design using SQL Server or Postgres.
• Solid API design and development skills.
• Experience implementing tests using NUnit, xUnit, MS Test, or Selenium.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with NoSQL, Dapper, or NHibernate.
