Description

You will implement and maintain identity and endpoint security solutions, including SSO, EDR, and MDM systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SSO solutions using Okta and Google Workspace for platform access.
• Configure and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Manage Microsoft Entra configurations, including access controls and conditional access.
• Handle application provisioning and de-provisioning across various SaaS platforms.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and monitor IT service desk metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Strong implementation experience with SSO solutions, specifically Okta.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience configuring and managing cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Knowledge of identity management tools, including Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with endpoint security concepts (EDR/MDM).
• Experience with core development tools like Bitbucket.
• Understanding of identity provisioning protocols (SCIM).
