Description

Lead technical teams and manage production support operations for .NET applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical teams to resolve complex application challenges.
• Handle production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on defined SLA metrics.
• Execute application maintenance and problem management processes for L2, L3, and L4 support.
• Drive continuous improvement programs through active development work.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems within developed applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and support.
• Deep expertise in C# and the .NET Framework (.NET 4.5 onwards).
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Proficiency with SQL, including SQL 2012 onwards and stored procedures.
• Frontend experience with Angular, React JS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Working knowledge of Node JS and MongoDB.
• Proven experience in production support and application maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
